Melanie Oudin is the story of this year's US OPEN. She is a 17 year old girl from Georgia, playing her heart out, and upsetting lots of great tennis players along the way! She just advanced to the quarterfinals of the US OPEN--her first Grand Slam quarterfinals ever! She is so fun to watch--full of a competitive spirit and a nothing-to-lose attitude!
