New Sprouts!

Over the last few weeks, we have been getting what seems to be the last of a beautiful harvest of veggies from the garden! The most exciting were the red and yellow peppers... These start out looking like the green peppers and take FOREVER to turn red and yellow. We finally started to see some color and have been enjoying all of our different peppers! We said goodbye to our cucumber plant (tear...) and our tomatoes are also close to the end.

But, in their place, are some new stuff we've planted for the Fall! And by we, I mean, Brad. For all of you who are impressed by "me and my garden", let me set the record straight that Brad should get all the credit! He's the one with the green thumb and he loves being in the yard! For the fall, we'll have some different stuff that seems to do better in cooler weather... Broccoli, cauliflower, and some different lettuce--romaine, bibb, mesculin, and grand rapids, as well as spinach! We're starting to see some little sprouts and look forward to all of our greens for the Fall!
